On this website

• Forms. When you apply to the pilot programme, the details you enter are received by our form service on Cloudflare, which also hosts this website, and stored in a Cloudflare database in the Asia-Pacific region. We keep them for as long as we are in contact with you, and delete them on request.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and reliability, retained for a short period.
• Analytics. If we use analytics, it is cookie-free and aggregated; we will name the provider here when it is in place.
• Cookies. This site sets no tracking cookies.

In the service

When we audit or fix a customer's product, we process the pages and code the customer gives us access to. Recordings of assistive-technology runs may capture on-screen content; customers are asked to provide staging environments or test accounts so that no real end-customer data appears. Crawl data and recordings are deleted on request.

The companies that process data on our behalf, what they do and in which region, and how long we keep each kind of data, are listed on the security page. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Your rights

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your supervisory authority.
